| To ensure awareness about the importance of high-performance facilities for learning and as centers of community. |
To establish state-level funding for: • Pre-development, lifecycle, and planning costs; • Projects that decrease energy consumption; and • Capital improvements based on statewide priorities. |
To provide facility funding information to community leaders and enable comprehensive dialogue with legislators. | To support school districts in the design and operation of facilities that improve learning environments, reduce energy consumption, and decrease costs. | To complete a statewide inventory and assessment that guides standards and priority-setting for funding and technical assistance. |
